From here, head to the Sculpture Factory where you'll find many different ceramic studios, a craft shop, gallery, and a pottery workshop. In the rural Sanbao International Ceramic Art Village, you'll find another gallery, museum, and workshop to explore.

In the Laoyatan Tile Village, you can watch tile be made by local artisans and in Yaoli Town, you'll find stunning buildings and beautiful landscapes. See where it all began at Gaolin, a simple hill that is famous for producing kaolin clay, which was the ancient material used to create pottery. And once you've had your fill of artistry, take a stroll through People's Park in the evening to watch the couples dance.
